Tine K Home A/S was founded in 1999 by Tine Kjeldsen and her husband Jacob Fossum. Tine's style is a mixture of bohemian living, botanical living and scandinavian design simplicity. Inspired from traveling around the world, meeting different cultures and the nature alongside it, Tine utilizes natural colors and traditional craftmanship, from around the world, to design collections that, combined with the simplicity of Scandinavian design, compliments many spaces in an unobstructed and timeless fashion.

The current/All collection(s) consists of interior, fabrics and furniture based on Tine's own designs, as well as unique finds from travelling. In particular Vietnam, Morocco and India, as served as great inspiration to some of her most popular reinterpretations.

The Job in short

As a sales supporter, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as (but not limited to): 

  • Order processing from both B2C and B2B clientele (mainly B2B)
  • Daily contact with clientele, both international and danish. 
  • Make sure all internal procedures are upheld and quality assured
  • Assisting our agents from around the world with varying tasks
  • Exhibitions - twice per year we visit exhibitions in Paris and Milano

"You will work closely with a sales coordinator and our team of agents located in other countries. Our workspace is open, which means marketing, sales and design departments, all share the same workspace."

Our main office is located in Tietgenbyen, Odense. your working hours are Monday-thursday, 8.00-16.00 and friday 8.00-15.30. The maternity cover lasts, initially from October 1 2019, to October 31, 2020.

It will be advantageous if you have/are the following:

  • Experience from a similar employment - preferably in the furniture/interior industry.
  • Experience with handling B2B and retail clientele.
  • Proficient English capabilities - fluid in speech and writing. It would be great if you also are proficient in Swedish, but not a requirement.
  • You are used to maintaining relations with many different customers at once. Furthermore, it is important that you are attentive to details and service minded. It is important that customers get the best treatment, and can rely on the sales department 100%.
  • Expert user of Excel and are familiar with Navision.
