Introducing 'Meet our retailers'

'Meet our retailers' is a new serial of small interviews with some of our many amazing retailers. The first retailer, we will introduce you for in this blogpost is Skandibutik. 

 

Hi Skandibutik, please introduce yourself:

Hej, I´m Susanne, mother of 2 located in germany. I have founded Skandibutik (Onlineshop - Nordic Interior Design) in 2013. Interior design is my absolute passion.

For the last 4 seasons I´ve been working together with Ingo Peters (german photographer) creating unique photos for Skandibutik, curating private interior projects and Popup Stores.

 

 

How long have you been a retailer at Tine K Home and why did you choose Tine K Home ?

Since 2016 I have been a retailer at Tine K Home. Thanks to Kirsten W. for inviting me to be a part of it.

The collection from Tine K Home was presented and recommended by Kirsten and I loved it at first sight. I like this Nordic elegance and the way Tine K combines it to the current trends a lot.

 

What characterizes Tine K Home from your view of point?

For example the Combination of the clean Nordic interior and the Boho Style in an very elegant way.

Not too colorful with pleasant colors and natural products. Very lovely.

 

What’s your favorite Tine K Home products from the latest collection? Or maybe you have a favorite from an old collection?

My favorites next to this georgeus bamboo furniture are the linen textiles. I´m using them in our

livingroom, bedroom and outdoor as well. Love the colors! And I need to mention the

MetallCabinet. This is just so beautiful! I love it so much.

 

 

How is Nordic design used in Germany?

Meanwhile Nordic design has an huge platform all over germany. Feels like there is no Interior

magazine without an “Nordic interior Home Story” since years now. It takes place in a lot of

shops, restaurants, hotels and outdoor locations.

 

 

Where can our customers find your beautiful store?

Mainly Skandibutik is an Online-Butik / Onlineshop and customers can find us at www.skandibutik.com

Also I run Popup Stores during the year (mostly in munich or würzburg) or organize events like for

example photo exhibitions & interior design together with photographer Ingo Peters. Next Popup

Store will be located in Würzburg my hometown from November 2019 til February 2020.
