The piece is part of the Jati series from Tine K Home, which consists of indoor furniture handcrafted from roots and branches of teak trees. By giving new life to parts of the tree that would often go to waste, the series highlights the special beauty that emerges when the natural shapes of the wood are allowed to stand out. The wood is SVLK-certified from Indonesia Legal Wood plantations.

The high content of oil makes the root darker than the branches, so the colour will vary. Due to the nature of the material, the colours may vary, surface may be uneven, and small holes occur. This is the natural charm of this collection.
