Why set up an account on tinekhome.com as a private customer?
As a private costumer you are not obliged to set up an account to shop at tinekhome.com.
1. the webshop will remember your contact details, which makes the order process easy and fast to complete.
2. you have the possibility to mark your favourite products with the small heart next to each product.
3. you have access to ”my profile” where you have an overview of your user account, order history, favourite products and much more.
How do I shop as retailer?
As a retailer you access the webshop with a personal login, made from a retailer request formula, which have to be approved by tinekhome. See here for more information.

Your username is the email address which you used to set up the account.

If you cannot remember your password please click on “forgot password” and you will receive an email with information about how to reset your password.
I am retailer of tinekhome but cannot use my login?
All retailers are kindly asked to create a login with this formula. If you are retailer and by mistake create a private account with tinekhome, you will not be able to see the correct prices for retailers in the webshop.
I would like to change my details on my account.
You can change your details (email, password, address, name…) when you are logged into your user account on tinekhome. At the top of the page, please you find your name - click on your name and choose “edit profile”.

You have the opportunity to change or cancel your order before you receive an email from tinekhome with the important shipment information related to your order.
What are my options if a product is not in stock?
If the product you want is not in stock, you have the option to reserve the product. You will receive an email from tinekhome when the product is back in stock. You are not obliged to buy any reserved products.
What do I do if I have problems with online shopping?
You are welcome to use our live chat if you have any problems with online shopping on tinekhome.com. The chat line is open Monday to Thursday from 8am - 3pm and Friday from 8am - 2.30pm. The chat line can be found in the right hand corner of your screen. If the chat line is offline we will still receive your message – the email will be answered as quickly as possible.
Can I order online and pick up the order at tinekhome, Odense, Denmark?
You have the option to pick up your online order at our warehouse at: M. P. Allerups Vej 45 G, 5220 Odense SØ. You just have to choose this option at checkout. You will receive a email confirmation with information on pick up of your order shortly after.

The delivery time depends on the country:
Denmark: estimated 4-5 working days.
Europe: estimated 5-7 working days.
Others: estimated 8-10 working days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number when the order is being dispatched from tinekhome. Please go to www.ups.com to track your order.
How do I return my products to tinekhome?
When you receive your tinekhome order, a return label has been included as well. Fill out the label and include it with the returned products. If the return label is missing when you receive the order please contact us by email. The return label is important as it will enable us to identify the specific order when it arrives at tinekhome. Products should be returned to us within 14 days from the receiving date.

Why have I not received all the products I ordered?

What do I do if a product is damaged or if I receive a wrong product?
If a product is damaged when shipped or you have received a wrong product please contact [email protected] as quickly as possible and please include an image of the damaged or wrong product in the email.
Can I regret my online purchase?
You have the right to make a cancellation within 14 days when shopping online. The right to make a cancellation of the purchase ends on the 14 day from receiving the order. To use the right for cancellation please contact tinekhome. You can do this by sending an email to [email protected] with the order number as subject and headline or by calling tinekhome +45 45 66 01 02.
Can I return an opened product?
The product must be in the same condition when retuned to us as when received. If this is not the case only an amount of the products value will be refunded. tinekhome will set an amount for the products impairment and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account.
When will the money be returned?
Within 30 days.
Why is the shipping price not included in the returned amount of money?
Buyer pays for the shipping cost when returning products.
Who pays for the cost regarding delivery of replacement products?
If a complaint is confirmed tinekhome will pay the shipping cost for replacement products. If the replacement product is not in stock, your money will be credited within 30 days. Please be aware of the risk of paying toll when receiving replacement products - tinekhome will not cover this expense.
