We recommend you to carefully read these terms as they are binding as soon as you have placed an order in our online shop.

1. Delivery
Tine K Home delivers goods to all countries. All products are sent from our headquarters in Odense, Denmark, where they are packed securely before shipping. The delivery time varies from country to country:

1. Delivery
Tine K Home delivers goods to all countries. All products are sent from our headquarters in Odense, Denmark, where they are packed securely before shipping. The delivery time varies from country to country:

Please note, the above delivery times are merely an indication, and they might be longer owing to rough weather, holidays and other busy periods.
Important information: Since Tine K Home’s shipping companies usually operate on weekdays from 8.00 to 18.00, we recommend you to fill in an additional delivery address in the appropriate box, should you not be able to be at home to accept the delivery. You may want to use your work address. Mind you, Tine K Home does not deliver to Postal Boxes, and our goods cannot be received without a signature from the recipient.
Unfortunately, Tine K Home is not able to change a delivery address when the order is already processed.
Unless otherwise agreed, all orders are booked at the delivery day’s actual prices. Delivery terms are subject to strikes, lockouts and other factors which we cannot control (force majeure).
2. Communication
When you use our website, you agree that all communication with Tine K Home will be via e-mail.
3. Order handling
When your order has been placed and paid for, you receive an email from Tine K Home with a conformation we have received your order.
However, please note this email is not a final acceptance of your order as your order merely constitutes an offer to us.
4. Confirmation
When the goods are packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an invoice via email. Furthermore, you will receive a separate email with information on how to track your order. See Section 9 regarding tracking.
Note that the invoice only relates to the goods listed. We are therefore not obliged to deliver any other potential products, which were part of your order, until we have sent a separate invoice on these. See also Section 11 regarding sold out items.
5. Shipping
At check out, shipping costs are added to your order when you confirm your purchase. Orders will primarily be shipped with UPS.
4. Confirmation
When the goods are packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an invoice via email. Furthermore, you will receive a separate email with information on how to track your order. See Section 9 regarding tracking.
Note that the invoice only relates to the goods listed. We are therefore not obliged to deliver any other potential products, which were part of your order, until we have sent a separate invoice on these. See also Section 11 regarding sold out items.
5. Shipping
At check out, shipping costs are added to your order when you confirm your purchase. Orders will primarily be shipped with UPS.
The cost depends on the total weight of the order - or whether or not the products are fragile:

Freight costs for all other countries will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: large and/or fragile products, such as furniture, rails, lanterns, heavy pots or alike require special handling during transportation, and therefore often have special freight costs. This information appears in the products’ descriptions in the online shop or at check-out.
6. Price and payment
The prices of our products are as they appear in the online shop, excluding cases of obvious error.
All prices incl. Danish VAT, and do not include freight costs. Please also look at Section 15 regarding changes of, among others, prices.
Tine K Home accepts the following credit cards:
The credit card used must be the buyer’s. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization from the card issuer. If authentication fails, Tine K Home takes no responsibility for any delay or delivery failure. Under normal circumstances, the order will be cancelled.
When using foreign credit cards, a fee of 4% of the total amount will be added.
The goods remain Tine K Home's property until payment of goods and cargo has been received.
7. Security
It is very important for us you feel safe when you shop at Tine K Home. Our payment system works in cooperation with Nets (former PBS). All payment data sent between the browser and Tine K Home is encrypted. At the bottom of the browser, you can see if a website is encrypted. The encryption runs through a SSL server (Secure Socket Server). This means all information is sent via a secure connection, and that your account information is unreadable for outsiders.
8. Customs
Duties are not included in the price indicated at the check-out. Since the cost of duty varies from country to country, we cannot inform you on the potential duty cost. We therefore recommend you contact UPS to obtain information about customs regulations in your country. www.ups.com
9. Tracking
All orders can be tracked with a tracking number mentioned in the email which is sent to you when your order has been sent. This way, you can always locate your goods.
10. Undelivered goods
After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment is returned to Tine K Home. If the buyer is still interested in delivery, the buyer is charged with 200 DKK/28 EUR. This amount covers additional administration costs, shipping costs and other expenses which are a consequence of the undelivered goods.
11. Sold out items & reservation
Our online shop shows the complete Tine K Home collection. If an item is out of stock, this will appear on the product display. In some cases, it is possible to reserve the item. If you choose to reserve the item, we will send an email as soon as the product is back in stock. However, this is merely extra service from our side, and, therefore, Tine K Home cannot be held accountable for over sold or discontinued products.
If a product in the online shop is shown as being in stock, and this is not the case, Tine K Home cannot be held accountable. The product will be removed from your order and you will be notified.
12. Returns
There is always a 14 day return policy on all our products. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The goods can only be returned if they are not used and if they are wrapped in the original packaging. Clothes are allowed to be tried on with caution, but not worn. Note there must not be any marks or scents of perfume. The buyer pays for the return cost.

Please enclose a completed Tine K Home return slip when you return the goods.
The return slip will be enclosed in the package when Tine K Home sends the goods to the buyer. If the return slip lacks upon receipt of the goods from Tine K Home, please contact us via email. We will then send it to you. The return slip is needed to conduct proper administration. Should the item disappear during the return shipping, Tine K Home will not be responsible for the expenses.
The refunding for a returned item will be on the customer's account within 30 days.
If an item is requested in a different color, size, or other, compared to the delivery, a new order has to be placed in the online shop.
13. Complaints
Our goal is to deliver goods in the best condition. However, should you unexpectedly receive a product with a defect, a lack of some kind, or should the goods not correspond to the submitted invoice, please contact Tine K Home as soon as possible via email. Please enclose a photo of the product.
If the complaint is confirmed via email, Tine K Home will carry the costs related to the delivery of substitute goods. Should the goods no longer be in stock, the amount paid will be credited within 30 days. Note: on receipt of any substitute goods, you may run the risk of being charged for duty. This is not an expense for Tine K Home.

Please enclose a completed Tine K Home return slip when you make a complaint of goods. Remember to tick off the 'Complaints'.
The return slip will be enclosed in the package when Tine K Home sends the goods to the buyer. Should the return slip lack upon receipt of goods from Tine K Home, please contact us via email. We will then send it. The return slip is needed to conduct proper administration.
If the goods are returned because of a claim, and this claim is not confirmed by Tine K Home via email, and cannot be confirmed, the buyer carries the cost of the return shipment.
All products in the online shop are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act rules for 24-month warranty. The warranty means the buyer can complain about the deficiencies of the product within 24 months after purchase.
14. Information
The product information in our online shop is described as accurately as possible. However, Tine K Home, cannot be held accountable for misprints and other technical inaccuracies, including variations in style and color as the product’s color depends on the settings on your PC. Tine K Home cannot guarantee the colors in the online shop accurately reflect the colors of the goods.
15. Changes
Tine K Home reserves the right, without explanation or notice, to change prices and delivery terms. These changes will not affect orders which we already accepted in the form of an invoice via email.
16. News from Tine K Home
As we are a design company, we always like to inspire our customers. This is achieved through sporadically sent newsletters. If you wish to receive these newsletters, you can always sign up here.
However, if you want to unsubscribe from our newsletter, simply send an email to us with your email address, and the text "Unsubscribe" in the subject field. You can also unsubscribe future newsletters by clicking on the icon in the bottom of a received newsletter.
17. Third Party Dealers
On our website, we show links to other websites or companies who also sell our products. However, Tine K Home cannot guarantee that goods purchased from third party vendors have the same service, terms and conditions Tine K Home’s.
18. Venue and Applicable Law
Any disputes between the buyer and Tine K Home, including interpretation of Tine K Home's terms of trade is determined by the Maritime and Commercial Court in Copenhagen under Danish law with Danish as a valid language.
19. Copyright
Images, logo, text and other material on www.tinekhome.com may only be used in other contexts with permission from Tine K Home.
